Nutrition-
No fitness plan is complete without sound nutrition. As with exercise programming, nutrition should be goal specific as well. I am not a licensed dietician…so I cannot “prescribe” diet plans of any kind.
However, I have studied nutrition extensively over the last fifteen years. Manipulation of nutrition has played a key role in my ability to bring about dramatic, goal specific physical change.
The nutrition advice I offer enhances any physical training program, and brings about incredible results at an accelerated rate. Master what you put in your mouth, and you can accomplish any fitness goal!
