Bootcamp Classes-
Fitness Bootcamp classes have become very popular in recent years. They are a relatively new and exciting trend in group fitness. My classes are comprehensive total body conditioning programs for men and women of all fitness levels and ages. I have had class participants from age 18 on up to folks in their 60's!
Unlike some facilities that call themselves "studios" only to pack in 30-40 people per class, my classes are small and controlled. I generally hold my classes to a maximum of 12 people.
Because I am a personal trainer, I run my classes as group personal training sessions. This allows me to ensure that all of my clients are getting 100% of my attention, executing proper exercise form and working at their maximum level. No one gets lost in the shuffle.
With my boot camp sessions you will receive the same personal training expertise I offer to my private training clients. But will gain the camaraderie and motivation of working in a group of your peers.
Most fitness bootcamps are geared toward the seasoned, already considered “very fit” exerciser. Breaking the mold of the typical fitness bootcamp, I make my groups accessible to people of all fitness levels by offering several stages of classes, with staggered intensity levels from beginner to advanced.
Many bootcamps are held outdoors. Mine are held in my private, climate controlled, training studio, without a concern for adverse weather conditions. It’s great to train hard, but it doesn’t have to be out in the mud and gravel with the bugs!
Another thing setting my bootcamp classes apart is that each and every class is completely different. You won't find any trendy "tractor tire flipping" or "sled pushing" in my classes and you won't hear me screaming in an attempt to motivate you!
What you will receive is the full benefit of my experience in the fitness industry (over a decade and a half), in designing comprehensive cross-training programs with variety, that will challenge you to progress, but won't push you "over the edge."
Effective variety in programming is what keeps classes fun and exciting, while allowing your body to adjust and produce results rapidly!
Forget about the "cookie-cutter" corporate programs provided by large fitness centers with overcrowded classes. Come join one of my bootcamp groups and receive the attention you want, provided by an experienced professional that truly cares about your results!

Beginner- Level 1 and Level 2
Suitable for virtually anyone, even if they have never exercised before. Sessions consist of body weight exercise, boxing drills, calisthenics, and resistance tubing exercises. This group is trained three times per week for 40 minutes.
Group 1- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:15am *This group is currently full. Please watch for openings.
Group 2- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11am *Space available.
Group 3- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:15pm *Two openings in this group.
Rate- $80 per month for 3 classes (same group) per week.
Group 4- Tuesday, Thursday 6:30pm *Space available.
Rate- $60 per month for 2 classes (same group) per week.
Intermediate- Level 3
A mid-level group training class with a noted increase in endurance activity. Sessions include the same methods as the beginner, but are intensified by adding in kick-boxing drills, medicine ball exercise, some plyometrics and less frequent rest periods. This group is trained three times per week, for 45 minutes.
Group 5- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:45pm *Space available.
Group 6- Tuesday & Thursday 7:15pm, Saturday 10:30am *Space available.
Rate- $80 per month for 3 classes (same group) per week.
Advanced- Level 4
This class is only recommended for the hard-core exerciser/athlete that wants to be pushed to their limits! Sessions include some of the same methods as the intermediate, but at a greater intensity level, and enhanced with plyometrics and agility drills. This is a very intense class that is heavy on compound movements and will push even the most seasoned individuals. Be prepared to sweat in this class! This group is trained three times per week, for 40 minutes.
Group 7- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30pm. *Space available.
Rate- $85 per month for 3 classes per week .
